Safety is our top priority with our standards being high, protecting our truckers on the road and those they share it with is critical. From the beginning, safety starts with a comprehensive training program for our truckers. Our safety team is filled with experts in the field who are very knowledgeable. With their collaboration, they are able to effectively train new truckers on our safety standards. We also utilize advanced technologies as a proactive safety measure, such as preventing accidents. A culture of accountability is critical here at Real, safety violations are taken seriously. If the team notices unsafe behaviors, warnings and meetings take place to inform truckers on a path to safer habits. After all, continuous improvement is what drives us forward.
